To all of my wonderful grooming clients,

After a lot of waiting, hoping, and trying to make things work, I’ve decided it’s time to stop waiting and start moving forward.

I’ve opened up more days with Dana and the amazing team at Groomer Has It in Lloydminster, and I’m excited to share that my online booking schedule is now open again!

You can once again book your appointments online for your convenience—and mine. Whether your pup is due for a tidy-up, a full groom, or a little extra pampering, I’d love to see you both back in my chair.

It’s been a long season of uncertainty, and through it all, your patience, support, messages, and encouragement have meant the world to me. I have missed seeing your faces, missed loving on your dogs, and missed being part of your regular routine.

Thank you for sticking with me. I appreciate every single one of you more than you know, and I cannot wait to welcome you and your pups back onto my schedule.

To our amazing vendors, makers, and supporters,

Thank you for your continued patience, understanding, and belief in what we're building.

The Makers Mart has never been just a business venture for me—it has been a passion project shared by both myself and my partner, Christa. Near the end of my journey uptown, Christa stepped in to help manage the market, and together we had big dreams for this little space.

At one point, we proudly opened more than 30 shelves to local creators, artists, makers, and entrepreneurs. Watching so many talented people come together under one roof has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life.

Unfortunately, due to ongoing delays in receiving a business licence from the town, we have not been able to establish operating hours or officially open the way we had planned. While this situation has been frustrating, we remain hopeful that a solution can be found.

For those who know me, you know I have always been the heart and hustle behind this journey. In the meantime, I have relocated my grooming services to Lloydminster, where I have found renewed purpose and passion. Dana and the team at Groomer Has It have welcomed me with open arms, providing guidance, support, and a space to continue growing both personally and professionally.

As a result, I am opening my books to clients in Lloydminster and transitioning from part-time to closer to full-time availability.

The Makers Mart remains close to my heart, and I still believe in the vision of creating a space that celebrates local talent, creativity, and community. We are hopeful that one day soon we can establish part-time shopping hours that are convenient for everyone to stop in, browse, and support local makers.

Until this little community can welcome me back into Pine Island as a valued business owner and member of the community, I will continue serving my clients, supporting local creators, and cheering on the incredible people who helped bring this dream to life.
