Looking for my forever home 😔💓

Rex is back to show off his goofy, smart, treat-loving self. This boy was almost put down just a day before coming into foster care, and now he’s living his best second-chance life and proving he’s the star of every reel. He loves doing tricks, showing how clever he is, and making everyone laugh with his little derpy tongue and big personality. He’s loyal, obedient, cuddly, and always ready for fun. Whether he’s learning something new or just being silly, Rex always brings the energy. He’s looking for a forever home that will love him as much as he loves snacks.

HI, I’M REX! 👅🐾
(Yes… my tongue is always out. No, I’m not putting it back. 😌)

Hey humans! I’m Rex — your future professional cuddle buddy, snack tester, and derpy-faced best friend. The shelter thinks I’m around 7 years old, but honestly? I feel way younger. I’ve got way too much zest for life to be slowing down anytime soon! 💪🐶

I almost didn’t get the chance to tell my story — I was scheduled to be put down yesterday. But some amazing humans stepped in just in time and saved me. Now I’m in a foster home, safe, loved, and finally getting my shot at a real forever family. 🏡✨

Since being fostered, I’ve been working super hard to show what a good boy I am:
✨ I’m crate trained
✨ House trained
✨ Listen extremely well
✨ And VERY food motivated (seriously, will work for treats 🍗)

I’m not the biggest fan of cats… I think I had some rough experiences with them before, but I’m trying my best and working on it. As for dogs? I’m cool with them as long as they’re cool with me. 🐕🤝

I love cuddles, brain games, puzzles, and any challenge you throw my way. I’m smart — like, “solve it before you finish reading the instructions” smart. 🧩😎

If you’re looking for a loyal, goofy, tongue-out, cuddle-loving, treat-powered sidekick… I might just be your guy. 🫶

🛏️ “Still Waiting…” 🐶💔

This is Rex — curled up in bed, wondering when it’ll finally be his turn.
Just days ago, he was on the euthanasia list… and now he’s safe, loved, and learning what a warm bed feels like. But he still doesn’t have a forever home. ❤️‍🩹

He’s gentle.
He’s loyal.
He’s smart.
He tries so hard to be the best boy.
He just wants a human to call his own. 🥺

Rex is:
✔️ About 7 (but acts younger!)
✔️ House trained & crate trained
✔️ Great listener, so smart
✔️ Loves treats, cuddles, and comfort
✔️ Dog-friendly (if they’re good with him)
❌ No cats
✔️ Good with older kids

👉 Focus like a champ ✔️
👉 Do anything for a crunchy snack 😆

He’s 7 (but acts younger!), house trained, crate trained, listens incredibly well, and is so eager to please.
You can see it in his eyes—he just wants to make his humans proud. 🥹🐾

Meet Rex the dog that got a second chance🥹

Rex is a 7-year-old Boxer/Bully mix with a heart FULL of love. This sweet boy was saved from euthanasia, and now he’s soaking up every cuddle, treat, and toy like it’s the best day ever! Because for him, it is. ❤️

He’s gentle, goofy, and loves being close to his humans. Rex gets along well with dogs who are friendly and respectful, is great with older kids, and he’s still a work in progress with cats (but trying his best!).

Rex is ready for a forever family who sees how special he is. After everything he’s been through, he deserves a soft place to land and a home that will love him as much as he loves them. 🏡💕
