Come build a juvenile leopard gecko mansion with me! 🦎🏡✨

Started with a soil + play sand substrate mix, then built out all the essentials. The hot hide goes on the left, a humid hide with sphagnum moss in the center, and a cool hide on the right. 🏜️

Then we filled the rest with plenty of extra hides, cork bark, branches, fake foliage, leaf litter, a water bowl, food dish, calcium dish, and of course… isopods and springtails! 🌿🪵

A cozy little mansion with lots to explore, plenty of cover, and everything this growing juvie needs. This enclosure will be sufficient until they grow into their next upgrade. 💛

This hatchling came out of the egg acting like it's the apex predator of the nursery. 🦈🦎😂

That tiny mouth opening had me hearing the Jaws theme instantly. Fresh out of the egg and already trying to eat anything that moves.

My mint terribilis finally moved from quarantine and their temporary froglet enclosure into their forever home 🐸🌿

It’s so funny watching them stand there like, “Wait… what is this place?” 😂 Watching them explore their new enclosure has been amazing.

These frogs were a dream species of mine 15 years ago, but they weren’t nearly as accessible back then. I’m so excited to finally have them and appreciate just how incredible they are.

They’re such an underrated dart frog. Their beauty, personality, and the way their hues shift under different lighting are absolutely mesmerizing ✨💚
