🐾 Important update for our Waterdown families – with lots of good news ❤️

As of December 1, Waterdown Animal Hospital has officially joined forces with Brant Animal Clinic in Burlington.

✨ While our Waterdown building has closed, our team, our values, and our commitment to your pet are very much alive – just at a new address.

Here’s what this means for you:

✅ Your pet’s medical file is already at Brant – you don’t have to do anything.
✅ Your Pet Membership Plans (Main & Premium, dogs & cats) continue exactly as before, with unlimited exams and all included services honoured at Brant.
✅ Your reminders (vaccines, check-ups, etc.) will now come from Brant Animal Clinic.
✅ You’ll benefit from expanded hours: open 5 days a week + 1 Saturday per month.
✅ If you order food through My VetStore, please contact them to switch your account from Waterdown Animal Hospital to Brant Animal Clinic – otherwise, your orders may still be sent to Waterdown.

If you were used to trusting us with your pet’s health at Waterdown, please know this:

👉 You’ll experience the same gentle approach, and the same level of care – just in a new clinic.

We want to honor Waterdown Animal Hospital's RVT
✨Shannon✨

To say Shannon is a phenomenal RVT is an understatement. She doesn't see how much she shines, so we will remind her. Super humble, always ready to jump in and lend a helping hand, brainstorming ideas and bringing them to fruition. Shannon is not only an amazing RVT, but an even more amazing human being (we often think super human). She has already built such an amazing rapport with our clients, and patients, in the six months she has been a part of our team.

With a background in both emergency veterinary medicine, and general practice, we are so lucky to have her. From sending home meds with the cutest doodles, to giving our lobby the most amazing mural ever, we are thankful everyday, not just in October!

Shannon, we appreciate you an awful lot and wouldn't be the amazing team we are without you!
