Finest Pets will be attending the Central Ontario Reptile Expo next month on April 13th held at the Peterborough Armoury. This is a great day for reptile lovers everywhere to enjoy a day out to get supplies and maybe a new addition to the ever growing collection at home. For this expo, I'll be focused on bringing reptiles and reptile related dry goods and products instead of anything bird related like I usually do. Give a warm welcome to Fonzi, the Meyer's Parrot. This small African species belongs to the Genus Poicephalus which contains others like the Senegal, Red Belly and Jardine parrots.

These two have finished quarantine with a clean bill of health and f***l samples testing negative for harmful intestinal parasites. When it comes to wild caught reptiles I pride myself on making sure the next owner is set-up for success doing those necessary treatments and getting the animals thriving in their new captive environments. The process may take longer, but for me I'd sooner take the time then have future owners have frustration and loss. The species up for sale are as follows:
