Incident #12: Harrsement in the First Degree

Suspects: Winnie & Charlie
Victim: Lady
Charges:Unprovoked harassment, personal space violations & disturbing the peace.

Incident Summary: Winnie and Charlie were observed invading Lady’s personal space while she was attempting to enjoy a peaceful moment on the floor.

Lady’s response? Just played dead and hoped they’d go away.
