🐎 HELP WANTED – RANCH HAND (HOUSING & HORSE BOARD INCLUDED) 🐎

We are looking for a reliable, motivated Ranch Hand to join our team at a new ranch currently in the development and building phase. This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to be part of something from the ground up and help shape how the ranch is built and operated as it grows.
What the job includes:
• Daily horse and other animal care (feeding, turnout, stall cleaning, etc.)
• General ranch duties and maintenance
• Fence building and repairs
• Assisting with construction and setup as the ranch develops
• Equipment operation (tractor, skid steer, etc. – an asset)
• Helping establish systems and workflows for a new operation
• learn to process logs to millable lumber to grow and improve our ranch
What we’re looking for:
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
• Experience with horses required
• Able to work independently and as part of a small team
• Someone excited to help build and grow a new ranch
• someone who can adapt to changing plans
