Welcome to Zealous K9 Training! We are Play and Relationship based trainers with programs that are designed just for you and your dog.

Here we are not just dog trainers but a coach for owners and handlers! Our mato is do things with Zealous!

Spent part of today helping out another trainer with one of her own dogs.

When you spend all day working client dogs, solving other people's problems, and coaching other handlers, sometimes it's hard to look at your own dog objectively. Sometimes it's hard to find the motivation.

Having another set of eyes, another handler, or just someone you trust to bounce ideas off of can make all the difference.

The best trainers I know aren't the ones who pretend they have all the answers. They're the ones who build a community, ask for help when they need it, and are willing to help others when they're asked.

Dog training doesn't have to be a solo sport. We all get further when we stop treating each other like competition and start acting like teammates.

Luke🐛and Ellie🦋

These two cuties came all the way from Lloyd today for their start into E-collar training. With changes in life comes changes to training. These two have been spending time in the country and it is important to keep them safe. We introduced the ecollar to have as a back up in case of wild life on the property.

These two both have an incredible amount of training put into them. Ellie has been working with me since she was a puppy, she’s now four! The lengths she has come is incredible! Ellie as a puppy was fearful, reactive, and full of spice. You couldn’t even look at her without her being upset. Now Ellie can make new friends, regulate her emotions, compete in dog sports and live life confident and happy! Her amazing mom has put the work in and I’m so beyond proud of how far she’s come!

Luke her big brother is here for the fun of life. He’s worked through some dog reactivity in his teenager months but has worked beautifully out of it into his adulthood. Turning into quite the handsome man.

I’m always incredibly grateful for my clients in trusting me to guide them over the years. It means the world to me watch you and your dogs become a team in finding your success in training!

Luffy⚡️

I simply can’t say enough wonderful things about this sweet boy! He has finished up his last session of his one on one program. Luffy has come leaps and bounds in his skills on becoming a well rounded guy. He was quite the wild boy when I first met him. Today he’s able to keep himself focused and right on task. Along side his training I’ve been able to watch him start to mature and see bits of the future dog he will become in adulthood. This teenage window of time can be the hardest to tackle but with the right skills and support the hard work is worth it. Truly such an incredible little golden. I can’t wait to see all the adventures and life he will get to enjoy! There is more yet to come!

My personal girl Zooula also got to assist on his last lesson. You will see lots of her when training as she is safe and neutral to help guide your dog into their own neutrality!

Luffy⚡️

Super great evening for Luffy cleaning up his in home obedience and crate work. Sometimes simple changes in your communication is all you need. Tackling those pesky teenage behaviours don’t have to be a struggle. Having clear communication, being steady and consistent is all you need for success in training.

We currently have open three board and train spots for the month of June! Now is the time to get ahead of your training before summer comes in full swing. Our program is home based and fully customized to suit your dogs needs in training and in life. We not only work on their training program but also finding them suited outlets, tackling grooming needs, body conditioning and lifetime support after their program is finished. Giving you feedback and training to tackle the real world together as a team. Going above and beyond for our clients and their dogs. Our training and life motto is to do things with Zealous!

All board and trains must have deposit down to hold your spot. Deposit goes towards your program end cost and any gear that your dog may require. Payment plans can be discussed if needed all bills do have to be paid by the end of program.

Luffy⚡️

Jump into spring with little Luffy! He’s been hard at work with his basics program getting ready for summer! Leash walking and staying focused outside was on the list for his evening session. Luffy always puts his best paw forward and rocked his training session. He is certainly growing up into a lovely well rounded boy. We look forward to all of his progress over the next while!
