URGENT: fosters needed for kittens and adult

We have a massive intake of kittens and cats over the next few weeks, and would love to have some more foster homes in HRM to help socialize them, and keep them safe until they are ready for adoption!
If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate reach out.

-must be able to help drive them to and from appointments

- must have a spare bedroom available so they can decompress in a safe space away from other pets

We now have an account set up at Bluenose Bottle Depot in Dartmouth, if anyone has any bottles to recycle, you can now ask to have it added to our account to help out our rescue! ❤️

A big step for animal rights in Ontario! It has been banned in many provinces for YEARS now. But unfortunately we still see breeders/ owners drive out there for these awful procedures.
If you’re going to have a cat, they come with claws! Learn to trim their nails safely, or have someone experienced do it for you.

🎉Amazing news for animals in Ontario! Effective January 1, 2027 the province will prohibit the declawing of cats and ear cropping/ debarking of dogs! 🎉

While we are disappointed that canine tail docking wasn’t included in the prohibition, we are thrilled that Ontario’s animals will soon be protected from these three unnecessary cosmetic procedures!
