📣 Attention Valued Clients! 📣
We are so grateful for all of the support we've received from our amazing clients! It’s been wonderful to be back at work after my maternity leave, and I’m excited to see so many of you again. 💕
Due to the high demand for grooming appointments, we are transitioning to a pre-booked only system moving forward. This will allow us to provide the best care and service possible for all of our pups while also keeping a healthy balance for our families and our team. 🐾
What does this mean?
* We will only be accepting clients who are willing to pre-book their grooming appointments for the year. This helps us manage our schedule and ensures that we have dedicated time for our loyal clients.
* If you’re already a pre-booked client, don’t worry—you’ll continue to have priority! 🎉 ( If we’ve spoken about a 2026 schedule, I have you on a list but feel free to reach out anyways to confirm!!)
•Pre-booking is available first to existing clients, and if able we will be taking in new clients!
We understand that life happens and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled. However, in order to keep our schedule fair and running smoothly for everyone, we’ve had to introduce a few updated policies:
🐶 Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, a $15 late fee will be applied.
🐾 No-Shows: Missed appointments without notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
�🕓 Last-Minute Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will have a small fee applied, as we’re often unable to fill that space on short notice.
These updates are simply to help us respect everyone’s time — ours, yours, and all of the clients waiting for appointments. ❤️
We know life can get busy, so we’ll always do our best to be flexible and communicate with you when possible. For long-term stability and to keep things running smoothly, this will be our policy moving forward.
