At 16 years young, Emma walks through the forest like she’s part of it—soft-footed and in tune with the surroundings.

Mostly deaf, Emma moves not by sound but feeling: shifting sunlight, crunch of the path, the rhythm of the pack. Somehow, she always knows exactly where to go, supported by the pack walker .
