NOUVEAU PROCESSUS – Licences pour chiens / DOG LICENSING – NEW PROCESS

📢 Avis aux résidents de Casselman
La Municipalité de Casselman met en place un nouveau système en ligne pour les demandes de licence pour chien.
À compter de maintenant, le formulaire web actuel est retiré et remplacé par un accès direct au portail CityWide.

Ce nouveau processus permettra :

de simplifier les demandes;
d’utiliser une médaille permanente (plus de remplacement annuel);
d’offrir un renouvellement automatique pour les propriétaires de résidence à Casselman.

🐶 1. Comment faire une nouvelle demande
Vous devez maintenant créer un compte dans le Portail CityWide :

Une fois votre compte créé, vous pourrez soumettre la demande de licence pour votre chien directement dans la plateforme.

Formulaire
🏠 2. Pour les propriétaires d’une résidence à Casselman
Vous devez soumettre une seule demande dans CityWide.
Par la suite, aucune action annuelle n’est requise.
Le renouvellement de la licence sera automatiquement ajouté à votre facture de taxes municipale.
La médaille remise sera permanente (ne change plus d’année en année).

🏢 3. Pour les locataires
Vous devez soumettre votre demande dans CityWide.
Chaque année, vous devrez retourner dans votre compte CityWide pour effectuer votre renouvellement.
Vous conserverez également une médaille permanente.
📎 Important
Les chiens-guides et chiens d’assistance ont droit à une licence gratuite, sur présentation de la preuve de certification.
Le système CityWide permet aussi d’ajouter jusqu’à trois chiens pour une même propriété résidentielle.

📢 Dog Licensing – New Online Process

The Municipality of Casselman is launching a new online system for dog licence applications.
The previous online form has now been removed and replaced with direct access to the CityWide Portal.
This new process provides:
a simplified application system;
a permanent dog tag (no more yearly replacements);
automatic renewals for property owners.

🐶 1. How to submit a new application
Create your account on the CityWide Portal:

Once your account is created, you can submit your dog licence application online.

🏠 2. For property owners in Casselman
You only need to apply once in CityWide.
After that, no yearly action is required.
The licence renewal will be automatically added to your annual tax bill.
The dog tag issued will be permanent.
🏢 3. For tenants
You must apply through CityWide.
Each year, you must log back into your CityWide account and renew your licence.
You will also keep a permanent dog tag.
📎 Important
Guide dogs and service dogs are eligible for a free licence, with proof of certification.
CityWide allows you to register up to 3 dogs under the same residential property.

Due to BRUTAL, face-freezing wind, wild snow zooming sideways, and snow squalls making the roads ruff and tricky, the field is CLOSED this weekend ❄️🚫

This is to keep all pups (and their humans) safe, warm, and not sliding like a rogue tennis ball. I tried to go out… the wind stole my courage and my whiskers.

We’ll reopen when the weather stops being dramatic.

Until then: indoor zoomies, blanket burritos, and snacks on snacks. 🐕🛋️🦴
