Hello everyone,

I’ve recently received many request for private training.

Unfortunately we will not being doing any training for a few years.

I’ve thoroughly enjoyed meeting so many great dogs and of course people over the years. I can say without a doubt I will miss it all.

There may still be a possibility for private lessons at other locations, more to follow on that, but my location here in Cantley will be closed.

Hello everyone,

As most of you will remember, back in July I had a neighbour complain to the police numerous times about dogs barking.

I’m happy to announce that case was thrown out today!

Although I will still take steps in the future to keep the noise level to a minimum, this is certainly good news!!

Check out little Waka again! This little dog blows mth mind. On only her third lesson she’s jumping out at 21’!!!!

I also wanted to post this throw as it demonstrates perfectly what I teach.

During practice we always want the dog to catch. That should be the game. But in competition we want it to be high and out of reach, forcing the dog to stretch out. Imagine throwing the toy out in an arc (like a rainbow) and having it land right where the dog lands.

Marie-Josee demonstrates perfectly with this throw!

What an amazing dog this is. Her energy and gentleness with the kids had me wanting (and my son I should add) to steal her lol.

This was our second session together. Last week was our first where she learned how to swim. You read that correctly... a week ago she didn’t know how to swim!!! 🤯

Do you want to teach your dog to pop up and catch??

Tweak just perfected doing it in today’s private lesson, thirty minute lesson I might add. Thanks Julie Connor!!

Why do you we want our dogs to pop up and catch?
Physiques!!! The faster the dog runs and the higher he jumps, the longer they shall fly!!

We want the dog to think of the game as catching the toy rather than retrieving it!
