I’m curious… how many of you feel confident and know what to do in emergency situations with your dog or cat. 1). Choking. 2). Seizures. 3). Burns. 4). Heat Stroke. 5). Wound care. 6). Broken leg …. And so on.
I will be holding a course in February to teach pet owners First Aid Safety and Pet CPR. If interested, please comment below so I can get you on our list. Space is limited and location to be decided.

One thing we see time and time again is how fast a healthy coat can turn into a problem when grooms get pushed too far out. It sneaks up faster than people realize.

Not every dog needs grooming 8 weeks - but those with longer hair or curly coats MUST come back to see us during that time frame

Eight weeks is usually the point where coat density shifts and hidden trouble spots begin to form mats. Some dogs even need every 6 weeks depending on their coat and lifestyle.

If you want smoother, safer, more predictable grooms, make this a priority. Please don’t tell us you need to go home and “check your schedule”. Write your dog into your schedule so you know every 8 weeks ROVER is booked in with us. No excuses.
