We are a Calgary cat litter box cleaning service and litter replacement, ensuring your cat has a fresh, clean litter box delivered every week.
How we work?
Enroll in our 'One Time Start Up' service, which includes 2 pre-paid assigned litter boxes, filled with your choice of pine/walnut blend or 100% wheat litter. We will drop off your first litter box at your scheduled time and arrange a pick up time, the following week, while dropping off a fresh clean box for use.
After the second drop off is complete, you have the option of continuing a weekly service, bi weekly service or cancellation at any time. Easy Peasy!
FAQ's
Are litter boxes assigned to one family only?

Yes, our litter boxes are never reused, ever! Upon your initial subscription, two brand new boxes are assigned to you. When your boxes are returned for cleaning, the remaining boxes are stored on your assigned shelving, to prevent cross contamination. Cleaning tools, such as a scrubbing brush are also assigned to your subscription. If you ever decide to cancel service, your two boxes and scrubbing brush will be dropped off to your home, or you can provide instruction for us to dispose.

Can I cancel at anytime?
After the One Time Start Up Fee, which includes 2 litter box deliveries is complete, you can schedule weekly exchanges and/or cancel at anytime.

Why use our service?
This service is perfect for anyone who enjoys the love of having a cat, but has difficulty maintaining the litter box.
Our service has helped people who have mobility issues, strain bending over, lifting heavy objects, people who are pregnant, people undergoing chemotherapy, weak immune system or simply, do not want the hassle of maintaining a litter box.

How does the actual exchange work?
One of our staff will attend your home at your scheduled time and either: leave a fresh box (with lid) outside your home (by your front or back door) and remove the old box that was left out, OR we can arrange a time when you are home and our staff will gladly pack up the old box, replace the new box and do a quick sweep of your area, to remove any litter they may be on the floor.

What is the size of the litter box?
Our litter box bins are all 25" x 15.5" and come with a snap lid (which is to be used on the exchange day). This size can easily accommodate 1 to 2 cats.

Can I use my own litter box?
Our service currently uses our litter boxes. The main reason for this is, during sign up, 2 brand new litter boxes are allocated to you and will only be used by your cat. When we arrange an exchange, the soiled litter box and lid is returned and cleaned and stored in an area, to prevent cross contamination. In the event you cancel service, the two litter boxes will be delivered to you or, upon your instruction, we will make arrangements to dispose.
