📢 RATE INCREASE NOTICE
Hello everyone,
We hope you’re all enjoying your summer!
We’re writing to let everyone know about our upcoming rate increase, effective September 1, 2026.
🐴 Arena Rentals
• Indoor – First 2 Hours: $80.00/hour
• Indoor – After First 2 Hours: $55.00/hour
• Indoor – Full Day: $550.00
• Outdoor: $40.00/hour
• Outdoor – Full Day: $375.00
• Combined Indoor/Outdoor – Full Day: $750.00
• Indoor Meeting Room Only: $50.00 per 2 hours
• Service Fees: $7.50 per 10 minutes
• Horse Bed & Breakfast: $25.00/horse/night
🏇 Lessons
• Private Lesson – Arena Horse: $82.50
• Private Lesson – Own Horse: $72.50
• Group Lesson – Arena Horse: $60.00
• Group Lesson – Own Horse: $50.00
• Boarder Horse Usage Fee: $11.25/lesson
