🐾 Booking Policies & Client Guide
As my business continues to grow, I’ve put together this short guide to explain how I work, what you can expect from my services, and the policies I’ve put in place.
These policies help keep bookings organized, ensure clear communication from the start, and most importantly, allow me to provide safe, reliable, and high-quality care for every pet entrusted to me.
A friendly reminder🐱: Boarding and daycare take place in my home, where my resident cats live. They are calm, respectful, and accustomed to sharing their space with visiting dogs. For everyone’s safety and comfort, I kindly ask that you only inquire about these services if your dog is comfortable around cats and does not have a history of aggression or prey drive toward them.

These policies apply to all new bookings made on or after July 21, 2026. Existing confirmed bookings will remain under the terms agreed to at the time of booking.
