➡️One on One Appointments
I only work on 1 pet at a time, of course, if a family has more than one dog or cat they are seen together. This means your pet and ONLY your pet will be in my grooming area with me. I do not have other pets waiting to be groomed within my facility. This ensures a calm, quiet environment.
➡️Grooming Style
I do not use a table, any restraints, or cages. I groom every pet on the floor and allow them to sit, stand or lay down as they like, and I work around them for their comfort. I do lots of different cuts and lengths however I do not demat or do breed specific cuts.
➡️No Selling
I have always used top quality shampoos, conditioners and cleaners, the same products others charge extra for. I do not have "packages" or "upgraded add ons". I do not believe in nickel and diming you. Everything is included in a full groom/bath including the nagayu rinse. The only service that is not included is a**l gland expression as very few pets need to have this service. Over the years, if a client needs a specific shampoo, I have always covered that in my costs and not charged extra or asked a client to provide it (aside from vet prescribed medicated products).
➡️Hours
Like many people I have a young family so I am only available part time however I provide day and evening appointments to work with your schedule.
➡️Commitment
Loyalty is so important to me and to any small business. Because of my part time hours, I do my best to ensure that I do not take too many clients. I ask that my clients have a minimum of 1 future appointment booked so I am able to gage my client load. Ensuring my client load means you do not need to wait months to get in and it also means there will be space for you within my schedule.

Our Story

Just like many other pet professionals, Sarah has loved pets as long as she could remember. She turned this love into a career in 2008 when she started working at a veterinary clinic. Her knowledge for pet heath and care grew until she needed to do more! In 2010, Sarah became a Certified Educator/Trainer after graduating from Brad Pattison's Hustle Up School of Dog Training. Shortly after she began to learn about grooming, while continuing to work as a technician/assistant in the veterinary clinic.

She continued to improve her education and knowledge through volunteering with groomers and even completed a Pet First Aid Course as well. Sarah LOVES every minute she puts into her clients and their owners and she will continue to work with pets as long as possible.

Over the years she has fine tuned her grooming to ensure the best possible experience for each pet. Having an in home grooming salon with no cages or restraints has proven successful for all pets including cats and dog who are scared or even aggressive. Using a gentle approach with lots of love and cuddles makes each pets visit fun and safe. But the biggest difference is the one on one appointments! Each pet gets Sarah’s 100% focus because they are the only one there (unless her assistant Bruno actually shows up for work that day :P) Sarah stands by her methods and so will your pet!!
