It’s been such a busy summer, with bi-weekly markets since May, and with our wedding coming up this fall, we realized we really needed a little break to reset.

So, this weekend was all about slowing down, taking some time for ourselves, enjoying the little moments, and doing things at our own pace—without worrying about schedules, markets, or deadlines.

And honestly, it was exactly what we needed 🖤

Now, we’re heading into another exciting weekend because it’s my bridal shower! And the theme is “Fresh Off the Market.”

I mean… how fitting is that?!

Can’t wait to be back at the Sackville Farmers Market on August 8!

Dog Days Market in Sackville, Nova Scotia → Saturday, August 8th, 2026! 🐶☀️🦴

We’re filling Acadia Park with 60+ makers, bakers, farmers, and non-profit organizations!

Shop a wide variety of items, including fresh produce, local meat, baked goods, flowers, prepared food, clothing, crochet items, artwork, alcoholic beverages, jewelry, bath & body goods, pet products, and more!

This event takes place in Acadia Park at 650 Sackville Drive, Lower Sackville, Nova Scotia. Open 9:00am - 1:00pm, Saturday August 8th.

Bring your pets! Animals are encouraged as long as they are kept on leash and are kept under control. Large crowds, young children, and lots of dogs are expected at this event, so please keep this in mind when bringing your pets along. Help keep our park clean and make sure you clean up after your pets!

Enjoy live music, free kids crafts with Sandy and Sophie, park + playground access, bbq / canteen, and more!

ᴡʜᴀᴛ ᴀ ᴡᴇᴇᴋᴇɴᴅ 🖤

We’re still smiling after an incredible market weekend at the Lunenburg Craft & Food Festival
Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth, picked up treats, and showed so much love and support for our small business.

One of the best parts of the weekend was reconnecting with customers who bought treats from us last year. Hearing stories about your happy pups, their favourite flavours, and how much they still love our treats truly made our day.

We had a feeling it was going to be a busy one, so we came prepared with plenty of treats to make sure there was a great selection. Even then, we sold out of two flavours on Day 1 and spent the evening packaging more treats to restock for Day 2! It was our most successful market yet, and we’re incredibly grateful for every single purchase.

Thank you for supporting our little business and for making this weekend one we’ll never forget. We truly couldn’t do it without all of you 🖤
