The 18 mm bass eyes I painted turned out quite well, with nice details achieved through hand-painting. I'm currently waiting for the epoxy flex coat to arrive, but I plan to attempt an alternative approach tomorrow, which I hope will be successful. I'm pleased with the outcome so far.

The two large bass are currently under construction while I await the brook trout fins to dry. I have installed these eyes temporarily to determine which will look better, the wooden or glass one on the right side. If successful, I will paint and apply epoxy to the preferred option, but for now, it remains a work in progress.

As unconventional as it may seem, the googly eyes from the art store make an excellent mold. I conducted a test run with epoxy and achieved successful results; now I will proceed with painting and integrating them into the fish design, there by elevating the project to the next level. I am refining various techniques and am satisfied with the outcomes.i made a short video on this as well have a look on Taxidermy Made Easy
