πŸ”₯With a heat wave expected next week, please remember to never leave pets or children unattended in a vehicle. Temperatures inside can quickly become hotter than the temperature outside, and cracking a window does not help.

🐾If you see an animal in a hot car in distress and are concerned the animal's life is in danger, call 911 immediately, as this is an emergency. Do not attempt to enter a vehicle in these situations.

My Story

Hi, my name is Tanya. I’ve had dogs all my life. I have an absolute love for animals. When I was younger, I wanted to be a vet. I quickly realized, I could not be a vet because seeing animals hurt or in pain was too much for me. My joy is to give all the love possible to animals as they give to us.

Today, I have a 10 year old Scandinavian Hound named Harley.

Harley is a rescue, & came to me with many behavioral issues. With lots of positive training & rewarding, he has come a long way.

In 1996 I had my first puppy of my own that I bought with my own money. She was a Jack Russel Terrier. She went everywhere with me & she was with me through nursing school. She was the love of my life, and helped me through so many rough times. She made me so happy. She was with me for 14 short years.
