Hi, I'm Christine, the human behind UNLEASHED 👋 I have the best job, if that’s what you want to call it 🙂
I get to hang out with dogs and enjoy the outdoors with them for a living!
I retired in 2022 and went on a little adventure before I started hiking dogs with Woof Hikes. I regularly explore trails with my own pup Samson, so adding more dogs to our regular hikes came naturally.

I now lead off-leash adventures where pups run, play, and socialize.
After 60 minutes of sniffing and exploring, I drop them back home happy and fulfilled.

I'm also a Certified Personal Trainer Specialist. I bring that knowledge to guided, nature-based movement for humans too. Think strength, balance, and flow outdoors tailored to where you are in life. I love helping women navigate change, loss, or just the need to reset, using the woods as our gym and sanctuary.
