🐾UPDATED SATURDAY APPOINTMENT POLICY🐾

There have been a few adjustments to the appointment policy to help keep our Saturday grooming as smooth as possible.

🐾 A 50% advance payment is required to confirm all grooming appointment requested for Saturdays.

🐾 Appointment slots will be held once confirmed

🐾 The remaining balance is payable after the service is completed.

🐾 If matted, knotted or dreaded there will be an additional fee of $10 applied depending on the amount of shedding.

🐾 If your dogs has fleas or ticks we recommend giving them a nexguard pill three days prior to their grooming appointment.

🐾 If fleas or ticks are found during the appointment kindly note half deposit won’t be refunded.

🐾 Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment
Late arrivals may require re-scheduling

🐾 All vaccinations should be up to date. Puppies will be required to have the full three vaccinations before booking an appointment.

🐾CANCELATION & RESCHEDULING🐾

🐾 Advance payments will be refundable or transferable if cancellation or rescheduling is made at least 24hours in advance in the morning.

🐾No-shows or late cancellation may not be refundable.

🐾 After 15 minutes the appointment may be cancel or a $20 fee will be needed to proceed.
P.s. please note if we proceed we won't be able to give a time frame on hand as to when the pup will finish.

🐾 Pre-booking is recommended to secure your appointment on Saturdays.

🐾 Grooming session takes one hour and forty five minutes (1hr 45min)
