🎉🐾 Happy 7th Birthday, Aldo – the dog who changed everything 🐾🎉

Today, Aldo turns 7 — and with him, we celebrate so much more than just a birthday.

Aldo is the reason behind a lifelong love for the Bracco Italiano breed.
His gentle nature, soulful eyes, and noble character have touched not just one heart, but many.
It all began with him — the bond, the passion, the journey.

Thanks to Aldo, a whole world opened up.
He is the one who sparked a dream, one that grew into a way of life.
Because of him, there’s now a home filled with love, dogs, purpose, and an ever-growing community that shares the same passion.

Through his children, Aldo’s legacy continues.
Watching his traits live on in them is pure magic. It’s a joy to share this adventure with fellow breeders and wonderful families who love his pups as deeply as he is loved.
He built not only a line— but a family, a community, and an inspiration to keep going.

And now, the journey continues…
A new litter is on the way — more of Aldo’s spirit about to enter the world. 🐶

‼️ About us. Part 2‼️

Finding the right female took years. I had a very clear idea of what I was looking for — lines that are now rare and hard to access, because the kennel and breeder behind them are no longer active.
Another key priority for me was hunting ability. After years of training and working with Braccos, I learned one important truth: these dogs can do many things, but their heart truly comes alive in the field. Nothing brings them more joy than doing what they were originally bred for.

Interestingly, we didn’t grow up in a hunting family. Our love for hunting came entirely from our dogs — from seeing their passion, instinct, and pure happiness in doing what they were born to do.
They led, and we followed.

Within just a few years — without any formal background — we built a foundation that we’re proud of.
I still consider myself a student of the breed, always learning. But I also recognize how much we’ve grown.
It took years of observation, study, and work before I finally decided to plan our first litter — only when I felt that I was truly moving toward the vision I had carried in my heart from the beginning.

In our breeding philosophy, we value balance, elegance, and function.
We aim to preserve the natural athleticism of the Bracco — dogs that are strong, but never too heavy. Dogs that can move freely and work all day without tiring.
We admire beautiful heads — but not too heavy with drooping eyes.
And we care deeply about the eyes! For a dog who works in the field, structure matters — droopy eyelids may look charming, but they shouldn’t compromise the dog’s comfort or health, especially in harsh conditions.

In addition to breeding, we are also professional trainers of both show & hunting dogs. Our goal is to bring out the full potential in each dog — whether in the show ring or out in the field. We understand that success comes not just from good breeding, but from clear communication, trust, and consistency in training.

❤️ Where It All Began ❤️
We are breeders — but long before that, we were simply passionate Bracco Italiano owners.
Our journey began over seven years ago, when our very first Bracco entered our lives. At that moment, we had no idea how much this decision would shape our future. But sometimes, life takes you exactly where you need to go — even if you didn’t plan it.

Since childhood, I had always dreamed of owning a Great Dane. But horses were always part of my world, and they gently steered me in another direction. I realized that what I truly needed was a dog with the strength, stamina, and temperament to run for kilometers beside a horse through the forest — a real partner for an active life.

That’s when I began to explore pointing breeds. At first, I leaned toward the Weimaraner — until one day, everything changed.
While visiting the vet, I saw a Bracco Italiano for the first time. I was instantly captivated.
Something about that unique elegance, the long ears, the calm but expressive eyes… I knew right away that this was the dog for me. I’ve always been drawn to breeds that are a little different, a little special — and the Bracco was exactly that.
From there, everything unfolded naturally. Our first Bracco, the first dog shows, and the first small victories sparked a desire for more.
We started learning everything we could about the breed. We attended club shows, traveled to Italy, joined seminars and trainings, studied pedigrees, met dedicated breeders, and gained knowledge step by step. It became not just a passion — but a way of life.

‼️Because so many of you asking about life with Bracco Italiano, read this first ‼️

Bracco Italiano puppies are beautiful, soulful, and full of potential — but this isn’t a breed for everyone. Before falling in love with those expressive eyes, it’s important to understand what life with a Bracco really looks like.

What to expect when living with a Bracco:
• They need real exercise and mental stimulation: Braccos are working dogs. Long walks, scent work, hunting-style games or training (like nosework or dummy work) are essential for their well-being.
• They thrive on closeness: Braccos are deeply connected to their humans. They don’t do well in kennels or being left alone for long periods.
• They are sensitive and intelligent: Harsh training or yelling will only shut them down. They need calm, confident, and consistent leadership — not force.
• They need proper socialization and structure: A well-balanced environment and early socialization are key. Without it, they can become overly timid or reactive.

So, who is the right owner for a Bracco?
• Someone active, but emotionally balanced — Braccos pick up on tension.
• Someone dedicated — this breed is not low-maintenance.
• Someone patient, observant, and kind — they don’t respond to domination, but to connection.
• Someone ready for a challenge and a truly special bond — because a Bracco will give you their heart, if you earn it.
