Hot milk sponge cake🥛🍰

Recipe Credit: Snowflake book of baking.
Ingredients :
4 eggs
300ml castor sugar
500ml (2cups)cake flour
15ml (1tbs)baking powder
250ml (1 cup) milk
100g butter
5ml (1 tsp) vanilla essence
Method:
Beat eggs and sugar together until creamy.
Sift flour and baking powder together and fold in egg and sugar mixture.
Heat milk, butter and vanilla essence. Do not boil.
Stir into batter and pour into 2 greaced 20cm cake tins.
Bake in preheated oven at 180° for 25 minutes.
Cool and decorate as desire.
