Hi everyone! A few key pieces of information for everyone to know. Photos of your pet is now mandatory for processing. If you have a pending application, keep an eye out for an email request for photos.
If you are waiting for a response from me and have not seen anything please check your spam or junk mail folder. It may come from [email protected] or [email protected].
There are a few updates taking place on my website so feel free to reach out if you see something out of the ordinary feel free to let me know. When this is done it should speed up response times for you as well.
Be very careful when applying online as there are other services with very similar names to mine. If it doesn't say Wellington then it's not me. Someone paid another service yesterday thinking it was my assistant which I don't have. Always call if you're unsure!

Hi everyone. No need to worry but I had a procedure this morning and I'm still woozy from anesthesia so I won't be back to work till this afternoon. I don't know if what I'm writing now makes sense so excuse any bad language! Should be good in a couple of hours I believe so we'll still get some work done today! Thank you all for understanding;

Website Update!
Hi everyone! I'm still making progress on my website to make things easier for everyone. There will be a new interactive AI feature to assist with errors in real time instead of waiting for a response from me. I want to feature some of your furry family members as Personalities on my website. If you want a chance to have your pet as one of our features feel free to send pictures and your pet could be one of the ones chosen to be featured on the website!

Hi everyone! Due to so many inconsistencies, moving forward I will need all the required vaccinations that are on the requirements page of my website in order to apply on your behalf! Some permits are being approved and others are being required to add some vaccinations to be approved even though they might both have the same vaccinations submitted. In order to serve everyone better I have come to the conclusion that it's better to submit all the requirements until I can get some clear instructions from the top.
People traveling from the US and Canada are in countries considered low risk and will refer to the first requirements on the list. High risk countries you may have to search to see if your country falls in that category, will refer to the second part of the requirements.
I'm sorry if this makes it more difficult for anyone but it will save you some headache if they reject your permit until you meet the requirements or provide whatever extra documents they request.
Those of you that know me know that I will do everything I can to make this process as easy as possible for everyone.
Contact me if you have any questions and phone is always the easiest. If you don't get me the first time try again a little later in case I was busy and didn't get back to you.
Thank you all for your patience as we work to simplify this process for you. FYI my website is under some minor edits that will make reapplying very easy in the future as low as selecting about three things to reapply but stay tuned as it could be implemented as early as this week.

Hi everyone, a few things to mention here. Some of you may be waiting on an email response from me that may seem to be taking longer than usual and I want to apologize for any delays as there were some things that came up with processing permits from last week and it created some delays. Some permits took up to a week to get and some took 1 day but things are clearing up now. Always check your spam mail as I answer many times and it goes to spam and you never see it till much later.
IMPORTANT!!! There is now a form for the vet to fill out and it will be sent with all permits when issued. You no longer have to ask for a health certificate as this will be the required form. Thank you all for staying in touch and sharing this for others that need it.

UPDATE!!! Hi everyone, as expected the vaccinations are now required to be submitted in order to have your permit processed as of yesterday the 4th of November 2024. If you applied with me already and did not submit the vaccinations chances are you already received an email from me requesting the vaccinations. Check your email especially your spam to see if you received an email from me and or just email me the vaccination list if you haven't already.
Also PLEASE, if you have applied with me, ALWAYS check your SPAM mail to see if you got a response from me. Very often I've responded and people sometimes never see it till much later.
There are some small changes to be made on my website so please bear with me as I try to keep you well informed and process your applications in a timely manner at the same time.
Remember I am here for you so call me, text me or email me if you need to! If one takes long to you, try another but I am available even if just for questions!
