🍸How to: ⁣⁣
•75 ml Tanqueray N10⁣⁣
•10 ml homemade carbon vermouth✨⁣⁣
•2 drops sea salt solution ⁣⁣
•1 drop grapefruit bitters⁣⁣
⁣⁣
✨Homemade carbon vermouth:⁣⁣
▪️650 ml Niepoort Dry White Rabbit⁣⁣
▪️120 ml Spanish brandy ⁣⁣
▪️120 ml Sorrento lemon sirup ⁣⁣
▪️10 cardamon pods⁣⁣
▪️1 teaspoon dried lavender⁣⁣
▪️1 teaspoon dried wormwood⁣⁣
▪️1 teaspoon dried chamomile ⁣⁣
▪️1 teaspoon dried heather flower ⁣⁣
▪️1 teaspoon dried food grated woodchips ⁣⁣

The 2 flavors that I have brought forward and that can be found in Tanquerine N10 are: the citrus heart for which the gin is well known and the delicate earthy flavors that we also find here.⁣⁣

These 2 flavors are my foundation to create this Carbontini🍸⁣⁣

~How did I do it ?~⁣⁣
⁣⁣
For the citrus part I made a syrup of Sorrento Lemons that I use in my Vermouth and in my final serve a drop of grapefruit bitters.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
For the earthy part I use a combination of local dry herbs and wood chips.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Finally, the sea salt helps to amplify these flavors even more in my last serving.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
The result is a smooth drinking Martini with a wink to the basic flavors of Tanquerine N10 but with my own twist.⁣⁣
