Mahira:

Recently, we asked a few vets: ”what makes you go arghhh these days?”
One answer stood out: self-diagnosing. 🧠🐴

It started with Google, but now with ChatGPT, it’s even easier to fall into the trap of asking AI before asking your vet. But here’s the thing:
ChatGPT didn’t examine your horse. It didn’t feel the digital pulse, flex a joint, or take a scan.

Getting a second opinion is always okay.
But comparing a personalized diagnosis, backed by years of education, clinical experience, and actually seeing your horse, to what an AI tool (or forum post) says… that’s not a fair match.

FAQ: How do you give Body & Build?
It’s super simple:
You give it two times a day ✌️ Once before you train Once after your ride
That’s it!
Why? Because muscles need support before training — to protect them And also after when your horse’s body starts to recover and build
Let’s say you ride at 5pm: You can give the first scoop around 4, with a bit of mash or grass mix Then after your ride, just give the second scoop with dinner or feed
If you ride in the morning, same thing — just a little earlier No stress if your schedule is different You can also add it to lunch if someone feeds for you, and you ride later.

Floris and Valérie both graduated from the number one veterinary medicine university in the world, Ghent University.

Floris decided to specialise in cows, Valérie decided to specialise in horses.
