DarkHorse Park presents - Tilly

Previously raced as ‘Torquin’

Tilly is a beautiful & kind mare who has come through our retraining program and has blown all of us away with her outstanding work ethic, her willingness to give anything a go and is a treat to have around the farm. She has the correct foundations including laterals and has started shoulder in, ready for someone to now enjoy her just as we have.
Tilly has done a load of things with us to start her new career, and hasn’t batted an eye at anything even once. She has learnt to jump, been exposed to xc jumps and gone for swims in the creek, gone to the beach and regularly goes on a trail ride on 100 acres completely by herself, where she is ridden on the buckle the entire time with no questions asked. Tilly also has a very flashy movement, look at me presence and a soft snaffle mouth that would excel in a show ring or a scopey jump and confidence that could lead to a capable showjumper/eventer.
Tilly truly is an exceptional young mare with so much to offer, she would definitely suit any discipline of rider!
However as she is still young she will need someone with the capabilities to continue her education. Ideally we would love her to go to a capable junior who wants a horse they know they will come back after every ride with a smile on their face.
Tilly is currently shod in the front, a good doer, no vices and paddocked with other horses.
She is in work and ready to go!
If not sold, she will continue her education and will be attending a show within a couple weeks.

DarkHorse Park now is offering limited spots on all the training & exposure your equine best friend needs.
With years experience in the equine & eventing industry, and having the privilege of working and competing with some of Australia’s top level eventing stables along side working in breaking and starting young horses and experience in working at the local racetrack. We offer a correct and reliable start to your best friend’s career, whether this be their first competition, their first rides off the track or whether you just simply don’t have the time for getting your horse into consistent work. DarkHorse Park is here to help!
