My French Bulldog Arnold recently arrived from the UK after being in quarantine due to our relocation.
He already had allergies prior to the move that we were unable to control, but he came out with severe allergies which needed addressing.
Since the initial contact with Ellie, she was super responsive and very informative.. Within two days from the initial contact, I had Arnold's results back and within a couple of days he was on his new food and supplements.
Since then, Arnold's allergies have reduced SO much and his mites on his body have 99% gone already (after 6 weeks).
He loves his new food and Ellie makes it super convenient for collecting the food and nothing is ever an issue.
I highly recommend Ellie - if you are thinking about it, you won't regret it. Also, Arnold goes WILD for the bone broth :)
