We just got back from a weekend at the Cat Extravaganza at the Perth Convention Centre and what a great time it’s been.

A HUGE thank you to all the amazing people we have chatted with throughout the 2 day event.

The reception for our beautiful foster cats was beyond words….they became mini-celebrities and almost everyone got adopted.

A massive shout out to Lunaqwa Markets who raised a massive amount of donations through Sales for us.

Along with them Oz Feline Fair have adorned us with litter to pass on to our carers and were just so welcoming, great to work with and made the event just spectacular !!!!

Steven Meserve was a wealth of information as always and even posed with one of our fosters still to find a furever home….little Van Dam is still looking (picture below!)

PetGrazer also raised money for PAR and the other rescues in attendance.

We have run out of voice, so grateful for all the stories, photos, shares, cuddles, and new friends!!!! Already counting down to the next one!

That’s it, peeps, our stall for is fully stocked with a MAHOOSIVE range of kitty cat related goodies, ALL with a donation of at least 10% to BOTH .animal.rescue and ! And of course our neighbour is with those gorgeous handmade walking jackets - her entire display stock is available via ONLINE RAFFLE at www.lunaqwa.com/fundraising with every cent going to the rescues above!

😿 They keep getting overlooked…

While kittens come and go in a blink, our adult cats wait… and wait.

They see others find homes, quietly sitting in the background, hoping someone will notice them. These cats are loving, gentle, and just want a quiet place to rest their head.

Right now, we’re desperately in need of foster carers to give these cats a second chance. They’re not asking for much. just a safe space, a warm bed, and someone to show them they matter.

💔 Without fosters, we can’t say yes to the next cat who needs help.
💔 Without fosters, they may spend far too long without the comfort of a home.

Please consider opening your heart and your home.

This beautiful quiet girl came into care as a kitten. Slow to get used to humans this little lady might look concerned but that’s just her cute tabby markings.

Likes: butt scratches, a comfy sofa, hot chips and kitty kibble 🩷♥️🩷

But not one enquiry, ever. Not as a wee little kit, not as a shy young lady, not now.

It breaks our heart as a rescue.

All cats are special, and they all deserve a special home
