This handsome boy who looks like a proud little boy on his first day of school is Fred. He is an adolescent Weimaraner who has a nasty habit of wriggling under fences and harassing the local wildlife (which is here in abundance). So I’ve taken a leaf out of the book of one of my other clients and strapped a piece of pool noodle to his harness in the hopes it will hamper his wriggly ways and keep the wildlife safe. Fingers crossed! 🤞

Back in Kandos with my friends Fred and Lola! We are sitting here in front of the fire, I’m crocheting, they’re sleeping and we are all listening to an audiobook… honestly, my job is the best!

This handsome boy is Star (a name of which I heartily approve!) and he is a Maine C**n. He is HUGE and majestic and absolutely stunning! He’s taken a few days to warm up to me, but this is him snuggling on my lap, and let me tell you, when he kneads, he kneads hard!

This adorable ball of fluff is Ludo and we’ve been hanging out for most of this week in Toongabbie. He and his mum have faced a lot of challenges together including anxiety and hip dysplasia and all the fun things that go along with those issues. He has a bit of a death wish, but so far, he’s still here and kicking 5 years on! I cannot emphasise just how amazing his mum has been through the whole process of making him comfortable and happy - kudos to you for being so loving, thoughtful, inventive and resilient and giving your boy the best life possible!

Bit of a hiccough on Phil’s Falls Rd as I was making my way to Mount Olive yesterday with this massive fallen branch fallen right across the road, but I eventually made it, and I’m now hanging out with Rosie girl and her brother Leo the cat once again! Huzzah!
