1. I am a massive nerd 😊
2. I have been a vet for 4.5 years 👩‍⚕️
3. I have 1 cat; a Maine c**n named Mowgli, a red heeler named Chester, a black and white Townsville special named Domino, 2 cockatiels and soon, a bearded dragon!🐾
4. I love being a Mum, when I am not at work I am hanging out with my little man! 👦
5. On the weekends you can find me camping, spending time with family and at Church! 🏕️
6. Lego is life! I have 72 lego sets and counting 👀most of them are star wars!
7. I have a special love for our squishy faced brachycephalic dogs, I have done a course teaching me how to do BOAS surgery! 🩷
8. I am a Townsville local and have lived in Townsville on and off for over 10 years.
9. My favorite time of year is Christmas 🎄
10. I love music! I can play the Cello and I listen to music all the way back to the 50s! 🎵

Today we celebrate Dr. Max, leader of Hammett Street Vets, coffee-fueled lifesaver of pets, and part-time therapist for both animals and their humans. 🐶🐱💉
We’re not saying you're getting older... but if you were a dog, you'd definitely be on the senior diet by now. 😉

🦷🐾 Keeping Allie's Smile Sparkling 🐾🦷
We recently had the pleasure of caring for Allie, who visited us for a dental procedure at Hammett Street Vets.

Allie underwent a dental scale and polish, along with several necessary extractions to help improve her overall oral health. Dental disease is common in pets and can lead to discomfort, infection, and other health concerns if left untreated. Regular dental check-ups and timely treatment are essential to maintaining our pets’ wellbeing.

Allie was a wonderful patient, getting pre and post surgery cuddles.
We’re pleased to report that she is recovering well 💙
