Another problem for us on lost dog searches - these take a lot longer to determine as a false positive for obvious reasons!

Massive solar flare warning. The next 3 days have a Kp 8 solar radiation rating (the scale only goes up to Kp 9!).

While that means we likely won't be putting any drones up, it does mean the Aurora Australis will be spectacular, cloud coverage allowing.

These guys don't make life easy when you're looking for a lost dog! We have the ability to choose from different thermal palettes depending on the conditions and terrain. Very different from the palettes we use for thermal inspections!
