We had the pleasure of working with the lovely Moe Vet team to do a CT on this gorgeous body Eddy looking for evidence of return of a previously resected intestinal tumour. And the need was great. No evidence of recurrence! Reach out if you have any patients needing in-house CT scans, particularly if you are regional and want to save your clients a long drive.

We were very fortunate and honoured to work with the amazing team and have the incredible expertise of from (who is no doubt the Australian queen for EULA, the leading expert in this procedure in Australia) to perform a EULA on a gorgeous 3 month old female entire black Labrador puppy called Betty (Whoa, Black Betty, bam-ba-lam Whoa, Black Betty, bam-ba-lam, Black Betty had a child, bam-ba-lam, The damn thing gone wild, bam-ba-lam). Betty had bilateral EUs, significantly worse on the right side. Both sides underwent the EULA procedure, the least invasive and most effective way to correct the ectopic ureters. She also had a persistent paramesonephric remnant septum that also underwent laser ablation. Betty has recovered well and this has given her the best chance of regaining urinary continence. 

Clint is now able to perform ectopic ureter laser ablation so if you have a case, please enquire and we can perform this really cool procedure in house.

We are looking for a casual Monday to Friday nurse to work on our mobile CT truck. You and a vet will be traveling in a state-of-the-art custom-built vehicle housing a human grade CT scanner to veterinary clinics around Melbourne and Victoria, providing on-site advanced imaging and general anaesthesia. The role will involve assisting with the running of the CT scanner and GA induction, maintenance and recovery. No CT radiation licence is required but is beneficial. Drivers licence will be required. The day will start and end in Mt Waverley.

You will have no direct pet owner interaction. You will only be dealing with your veterinary colleagues. This will save a lot of stress and time.

Insight Mobile Veterinary Diagnostics is a small privately owned family run business that has been providing mobile specialist services for over 8 years to the Victorian veterinary community. We have excellent relationships with a wide array of clinics and you can be part of our unique and hand selected team of highly skilled specialists, clinicians and nurses.

All you need is to;
• have a vibrant and friendly personality
• be confident in dealing with your veterinary colleagues
• be motivated by achieving the best patient care
• have a certificate IV qualification and valid driver’s licence
• 3 years minimum in clinic experience
• enjoy anaesthesia

The role will start in mid-August. Hourly starting rate $36/hour. All training for use of equipment will be provided. No after hours or weekend work. The Monday to Friday role can be filled by one person or the week can be split into two, one person doing two days, the other 3.

Today marks a very big milestone🍾🎉

Our mobile CT service turns 1! 🎂 What an incredible achievement for our team. The year has provided the full spectrum of emotions 😂😭😢😃. Tears and smiles and everything in between. We started out with a mission to provide affordable and convenient gold standard advanced onsite imaging 🩻. Being an Australian 🇦🇺first initiative, there was a lot of risk with this project. Certainly unchartered waters🌊. We didn’t even know if we would make it to today. But thanks to your incredible support we have been able to achieve this. 420 CTs done, hopefully many more to come - not that anyone is counting 🤷

We look forward to working with your clinic and team moving into our 2nd year and beyond. Forever grateful for all of your support 🙏
