MORNING NOTICE
☆If you won't be home for a groom payment needs to be made before your booking.
☆If you're on a payment plan a deposit now needs to be paid on the day of service or before.
☆ If payments are missed I WILL NOT be returning until payment is made in full.

This is now becoming an issue for me. This is my only income and my full time/overtime job and not receiving payments on time affects me personally.

I apologise to all my clients who are doing everything ontime and have to read this.

Nothing is a worry for this chill boy. Rolls over for a hygiene trim, wriggles up to me while I brush him with the deshed brush, turns his butt to my for a pants trim and smiles the entire bath and blow dry.

Meet Thor!!
When we first met Thor he was severely matted and uncomfortable. The owner had tried multiple times to cut out matts and try to get a booking with local groomers but to no avail. She called me desperately asking for a booking while I was up here. I made space and gave Thor a full body shave down to release his skin from being pulled in different directions. Thor's owner has been in contact regularly during the past 8 weeks making sire she had a booking, brushing him correctly and making sure his eyes were clear of gunk.
All this happens when a groomer takes a moment of time to assist and owner with a few grooming techniques and the correct brushes to suit the dogs coat. Little Mr Thor and his family are super excited to have a happy, playful dog back that they aren't worried about his coat hurting him.
Such a success story and look how stunning this boys coat is now. 8 weeks on from his first shave off from me and he is only needing a hygiene trim.
