Tiki Animal Rescue is a not for profit organisation that dedicates the necessities to animals in need and finds them safe, and loving forever homes. Tiki Animal Rescue was founded by Seth, Annette and Geoff- a bunch of people who met in the rescue world and partnered up to help save the lives man's best friend.

Becky is a gorgeous Bull Arab cross puppy searching for her forever home.
This sweet and adorable girl is thriving in foster care, where she is enjoying family life and has been introduced to a variety of other dogs. She has also been introduced to cats and is expected to be able to happily live with a dog-friendly feline companion.
Becky is incredibly sweet and adorable, with tons of attitude and personality. She is coming along beautifully with her training and is already crate trained and toilet trained, an impressive start for such a young ( 3.5 month old) pup.
With her striking markings and irresistible puppy charm, Becky is sure to capture hearts wherever she goes. She is expected to mature into a medium-sized dog and needs a committed family who will continue her training and socialisation while providing the structure, guidance and love every puppy deserves.
Becky is ready to form a special bond with her new family and grow into a loving and loyal lifelong companion.

Beautiful Jill is still waiting for her forever family and is now seven months old. Jill is a loving, well-mannered girl who walks beautifully on lead and happily shares her foster home with dogs of all breeds and sizes.

She would love an active family who will include her in their adventures, continue her training and give her all the love and spoiling she deserves.

We are SO pleased to announce that our longest ever termer Mack (now named Wizzy) has been adopted after 4.5 years in foster care.
Coming into care as a younger fella, this handsome boy was ongoingly overlooked. As he aged in foster care with the same dedicated foster carer from day dot as a Tiki boy. He waited so patiently, with a greying face he never gave up.

Congratulations to this handsome boy who finally got a home of his very own. Filled with devotion and companionship.

Fostering saves lives.

It's Tiki host dog Harold's 7th birthday today, and he celebrated by working the door at Top Dog Film Festival , Avoca, with his mate Allan.
He even had a theatre full of people sing him Happy Birthday.
On the downside, 7yo means he retires from being a canine blood donor helping other dogs who need blood due to surgery or illness.
We encourage followers with large (25kg+), healthy dogs to look into it. Just as rescue saves lives, so can blood donors.

Handsome Kingston an Aussie Shepherd x Border Collie, is still searching for his perfect home. Kingston is intelligent, energetic, affectionate and always ready for an adventure, or a cuddle once the fun is done!
He has made wonderful progress in foster care and may now be suited to living with cats or a carefully matched larger dog. Kingston needs an active, committed family who understands working breeds and can give him plenty of exercise, training and attention.

UPDATE: Tiki will now be attending only the Avoca screening, not the Newcastle one.

On 2 August, Tiki will have teams at both Avoca Beach Theatre and Tower Cinemas Newcastle greeting patrons at the Top Dog Film Festival .
