We just had three great days at the Australian Dressage Championships with my beautiful horse, Maybelle Negroni (Mario), and his equally lovely rider, Justin Worthy. Together, they achieved good scores and above mid-field placings in the Prix St Georges and the Inter 1, and on the final day, to my great delight, they scored a PB and came fourth in my favourite class, the freestyle. All this in three very large, competitive classes. I am so enjoying this journey and watching this team grow together. It's fabulous! Thank you, boys. You make my day, every day!

Today, Jim Collin magnificently transformed our arena by grading, weeding, and levelling it We extend our deepest gratitude to Jim for taking on this monumental task from Peter Rocca. He did an amazing job!

Equestrian NSW’s proposal to preserve the Clarendon Dressage Grounds for use by local clubs, high performance squads and general hire has been rejected by HDAA without reason. These arenas have served our community for over 35 years—and their demolition would be a devastating loss.

Be there to support ENSW, Save Clarendon and dressage as a sport in the Hawkesbury and surrounds!!

!!!We Need Your Support!!! ***UPDATE***

Following the Hawkesbury City Council EGM in July, Council granted 60 days for HDAA and ENSW to negotiate and to come to an agreement for the future use of the grounds.

ENSW lodged a formal management proposal at the request of HDAA. ENSW was invited to make a 15min presentation to the HDAA committee, but no discussion or negotiation took place. HDAA has rejected the submission and has not given any reason for the rejection.

This has resulted in a second motion from supporting councillors to be put to the chamber meeting on Tuesday 9th September at 6.30pm.

The motion requests that both parties come to the table and negotiate a resolution with the support of mediation facilitated by Council. We hope and trust this motion will serve to secure the future of the Clarendon grounds for both parties.

Let’s show how much this means to all of us. Stand up for what you believe in. We appreciate each and every one of you.
