A Bittersweet Farewell — Dylan’s Next Chapter 🇦🇺🐶🪖🐾

Today is a deeply emotional and proud day for all of us at Master Of Puppies, as we say farewell to one of our most valued team members — Dylan — who sets off to begin a new chapter with the Royal Australian Army.

Dylan joined us over three years ago as a trainee, and from the moment he stepped through our gates, he’s shown unwavering dedication, quiet professionalism, and a deep passion for helping dogs and their owners live better lives together.

Throughout his time here, Dylan has gone above and beyond — not only meeting expectations but consistently exceeding them. He has built strong, lasting relationships with clients, many of whom have come to rely on his calm presence, clear communication, and patient training style. The heartfelt feedback and glowing reviews speak volumes.

But more than that, Dylan has been a rock within our team — someone who shows up, steps up, and gives his absolute best every single day. His loyalty, integrity, and pursuit of excellence have left a permanent mark on our business and on everyone who’s had the privilege of working alongside him.

As he embarks on his new journey with the Australian Army, we know he’ll carry those same values forward. We hope this path brings him closer to his goal of one day working with military working dogs — a dream we know he’s held close. And perhaps, just perhaps, he was a little inspired by our Head Trainer Will, who once walked a similar road.

Dylan, we are incredibly proud of you. Your future is bright, and though the road ahead will be demanding, we know you’ll meet it with strength and heart.
