** POLICY CHANGES**

Please note changes:

* We are closed Sundays. No daycare, drop-offs or pick-ups on Sundays.
* Pickup times; no later than 7pm

Visits may be available - subject to plans.

If you have any existing Sunday booked we will honor your booking. Any bookings going forward please add an extra day or arrange a Saturday pickup.

We all need family and work life balance 😉

Some new ratty friends "The Fashionistas" are keeping us entertained, Armani, Fendi and Prada love their Kale.

Archie and Otto are with us for 6 weeks and I feel
that their mum may need to pry them away.

Getting attached is always the risk of loving so many of our clients.

Life has been a little chaotic and I am terrible at updating my social media 🙃 so here is a big chunk of our last few weeks.
We have been so lucky to meet more new customers and between visits, daycare and boarding it has kept us entertained and busy.

As always, thank you all for your continued trust and support. I truly adore my furry clients 💕

The last week has been full of tail wagging, rolicking and lots of lovely cuddles.
Sometimes the only way I can get a photo is when they all finally have a nap ☺️

Is there anything more joyful than a brand new puppy? I got to hang out with Teddy the Cavoodle this morning and he sure did brighten the cold morning.

His family got him on Friday and panic stations last night when they had to work unexpectedly. Sometimes life throws curve balls, I'm here to help you through them ❤️

40kg Archie and 4kg Margret are hanging with us for a holiday whilst their parents travel to faraway (warmer) climates. At 19 weeks little Iggy Margret has never been away from her family and has done so well getting settled. Archie is wondering why all these other dogs keep rocking up 😂

They are both so gentle and sweet and love a cuddle 💕

** A PAWS FOR THOUGHT; GENTLE HOUSEKEEPING**

- Daycare cancellations need to be paid for unless more than 24 hours notice is provided
- Boarding cancellations require 7 days notice or your 50% deposit will be taken.
- Daycare hours; 7am-4pm m-f *7am start is part of my effort to respect my neighbours 😉
- Communication hours; 9am-5pm m-sat

I will reply to urgent messages If I have capacity outside of these hours but will no longer be communicating on Sundays.

Due to recieving too many last minute cancellations these policies will now be enforced.

Priority Pets is our families sole income, last minute cancellations have an immediate impact. We can no longer sustain ongoing loss of income. We can no longer work 24/7. We appreciate your support.

We pride ourselves on being reliable, professional and transparent. We adore your pets and want to be able to continue offering our services.
