This man was forced to give his dog to the Humane Society due to undergoing lengthy hospital stay.

This nurse found out and immediately went to the shelter and adopted his dog.

She brings him to visit daily and will return him as soon as the man is released!❤️

ABOUT ME

Hello there. I am the mother of two furkids - 1 16yo male and one 7yo female, both maltese-crosses. I have grown up with dogs (and a cat and some goldfish) and I love animals. About four years ago, I had the privilege to be a foster mother for a pregnant labrador, through the RSPCA. I looked after the Mama, Jackie, and her eight little sausages until they were ready for adoption.

I live centrally in Harristown in a house with a fully fenced yard. Pooches are welcome on the furniture which I keep covered, and there is a pet door so they can go in and out as they please. I am a work-at-home therapist who studies a lot, so I am home most of the time. This year I have studied bodywork/massage for pets to relieve pain and reduce anxiety, and I now volunteer at the RSPCA giving dogs my therapeutic touch. Your dog can enjoy some therapy during their stay for a small fee. In any case, lots of pats, cuddles, and tummy rubs are available.
