Meet Roxy!
Roxy is a 4 year old Wolfhound X, otherwise known as an Irish Wolfhound (crossed).
Wolfhounds are the tallest of all dog breeds, with a build similar to a Greyhound and a harsh, wiry coat, perfect for running through thick brush without getting scratched.
They have a massive heart and are gentle with other dogs, pets and children.
Wolfhounds require moderate grooming for their double coat which is straight and course. The coat should be combed weekly and dead hair stripped.
Roxy loves sunbaking on his front deck and gobbling up delicious leftovers.
PROS - sweet temper, loyal, gentle, great deterrent for intruders due to size, laid back
CONS - BIG, big food bills, big medicine bills, space required, hard coat

Meet Latte!
Latte is a 3 year old Sheltie, otherwise known as a Shetland Sheepdog. Shelti’s are affectionate and sensitive family dogs, they like to bark and tend to be reserved towards strangers, two great qualities for an excellent watchdog.
Latte has a gorgeous double coat that sheds quite a bit. Latte visits us every 10 weeks for a full pampering including shampoo, conditioner and full blow out of all her furry, dense undercoat. We trim her nails as short as possible, tidy her paw pads, trim hocks, hind, belly and tail and make sure any mats are brushed out to leave her coat shiny, light and airy.
Latte loves to go walking and can go considerable distances, she loves meeting other Shelti’s and after all that, laying on mums bed, barking at anyone passing by.
PROS - great at agility and obedience; intelligent; small; affectionate
CONS - likes to bark; like to chase; considerable shedding; requires regular brushing
