CANCELLATION POLICY:
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment.
K9 Klips and Kuts – Mobile Grooming Cancellation Policy
At K9 Klips and Kuts, I operate as a solo mobile groomer, which means every appointment is carefully scheduled to make the most of my day and travel route. Last-minute cancellations can have a big impact, so I kindly ask that you respect the following policy:
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
* Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a **50% cancellation fee** to cover lost time and travel costs.
* If I arrive and am unable to groom your dog** due to access issues, your dog being unavailable, or behavioural concerns not disclosed ahead of time, a call-out fee may apply.
Why This Policy Matters:
As a single groomer, I can only take a limited number of appointments each day. Late cancellations or missed appointments directly affect my small business and reduce availability for other clients.
Running Late or Changes:
* If I’m delayed due to traffic or unexpected circumstances, I’ll notify you as soon as possible.
* If you need to make minor changes to your appointment time, please reach out early—I’ll always do my best to accommodate.
Difficult or Aggressive Dogs:
For everyone’s safety, it is important to disclose any history of aggression, fear, or behavioral issues before the appointment.
If a dog shows signs of aggression, excessive anxiety, or becomes unsafe to handle, I reserve the right to stop the groom immediately.
In these cases, a partial or full grooming fee may still apply depending on the time and effort already spent.
Dogs that repeatedly cannot be groomed safely may not be rebooked for future appointments.
