⏰ Quick reminder about this upcoming Working Bee!

This Saturday 20 Sept, 1pm we’ve got a Working Bee to set up the two showjumping rings for Sunday’s comp.

🐝 Working Bees go towards your yearly maintenance jobs – please say hello at the office when you arrive so we can mark you off.
👍 If you opted for Working Bee Levy A OR you or a family member are riding in the comp, you are required to help set up at this Working Bee.

🎟️ Bring raffle donations (choccies, lollies, small prizes, etc.)
🍰 Baked goods welcome for the canteen on Sunday

⭐ Open to riders of all levels with Official & Unofficial classes from 30cm up to 120cm
🏆 Age Champion & Reserve Champion awards for official classes
🎀 Ribbons to 5th place & points to 10th in each round
🥪 Full canteen available all day

🕗 Gates open 6:30am • Office open from 7:00am • Gear Check at 8:00am • Walk the course 8:15am • First classes start 8:30am

🐝 Working Bee – Saturday 20th September 🐝

We’ll be holding a Working Bee to set up the two showjumping rings for our Official & Unofficial Show Jumping & Equitation Day.

📅 Saturday 20th September
🕐 Start time: 1pm
📍 Tallebudgera Pony Club Grounds

✅ Setting up both showjumping rings and preparing the grounds
✅ Working Bees count toward your yearly maintenance requirements – please check in at the office so we can mark you off
✅ If you or a family member are competing, you are required to help with set-up

🎟️ Don’t forget to bring along raffle donations (chocolates, lollies, wine, small prizes etc)
🍰 Baked goods are also very welcome for the canteen on Sunday!
