At the grand age of 12, this girl has decided all grooming should be done lying down, thank you very much.

With patience, singing, calming tea and a LOT of negotiation… we made it! And wouldn't you know it, she skipped out the door afterwards like she'd just had the world's longest nap.

My beautiful (if slightly twitchy) girls were back for their full grooms today. These two are SO sweet and supportive of each other throughout their grooms, it gets me every time. 🥹

BUT NALA, (the blonde). Every photo makes it look like she has too much hair beside her eyes. SHE DOESN’T. I snip… photograph… snip again… photograph… AND IT’S STILL THERE.

At this point, Nala and her imaginary eye fluff are just messing with me. 😂

She tried it ALL… so we worked with what Miss Ocean was willing to give me and did the best we could!

A lovely short summer trim for this little lady today, making life a little easier for her Mumma while she recovers from a back injury.

Perfect? Nope. Comfortable, cute & happy? Absolutely.
