For my clients that have asked about introducing a muzzle, this a wonderful educational video on introducing a muzzle.
Highly recommend if you’re needing help with this.

Mouse and Coal had a great day, after a little drama 🐑

Lamb marking all done, and there are some beautiful big lambs this year. I just need rain though to keep the feed up to them over the coming months.

What a big fantasy weekend with David and Sarah Lee from The Lees Working Dog if you couldn’t come or missed out on a spot you need to book early next time, we had a ball.
Biggest thanks to Paul from Enduro Pet Foods for sponsoring our clinic and giving 3 bags of dog food away, some very happy people.
Also everyone got a Lees dog bowl for attending.

Our dogs and all the Lees dogs are fueled and conditioned on Enduro Pro dog food.

Wow great read and so true, for a new person wanting to trial.

Wow great read and so true, for a new person wanting to trial.

There’s a quiet kind of courage in showing up when you don’t feel ready.

To the handler quietly doubting their dog.
To the rookie still learning to read sheep.
To the one whose run didn’t go to plan (again).
To the person standing at the gate, heart in their throat, wondering if they belong.

You’re not alone.

Every seasoned trialler was once in your boots (and sometimes still is). Every polished round had its rough beginnings. And every breakthrough starts with showing up—especially on the days it feels hardest.

This sport has a way of humbling us, but it also has a way of reminding us why we started in the first place. It’s not just about ribbons and runs—it’s about the lessons, the resilience, the connection with our dogs, and the community that stands beside us.

So if you’ve ever walked away from the training yard or trial ground questioning yourself—know this: your presence matters. Your effort matters. And your journey, however messy it feels right now, is building something strong.

We see all you. And we’ve all been you.
