It's GO time for our Annual Stallion Service Auction 🙌
We have an AMAZING lineup this year - just look at these quality stallions available right here in Australia:

💛 Bellario IMP (Belissimo M x Wolkenstein II)
💛 Brighton IMP (Birmingham x St. Moritz)
💛 Maracana IMP (Millenium x Lord Loxley)
💛 Remi Braveheart (Bon Coeur x De Niro)
💛 DeLorean IMP (Dancier x Weltmeyer)
💛 Sicario IMP (Secret x Rosseau)
💛 Sir Secret IMP (Secret x Sporcken)
💛 Sound XX (Lando x Exit to Nowhere)
💛 Stedinger IMP (Sandro Hit x Landadel)
💛 Watermill Wedgwood IMP (Wild Child x Florencio I)
💛 Secret Escape IFS (Secret x Dresemann)

We are incredibly grateful to all the Hanoverian stallion owners that have donated services. Please make sure to follow their pages below. The proceeds play a large part in helping cover the quite substantial costs of running the HHSA including the annual tour and administration costs of being a daughter society of the Verband. The auction is open to everyone - you do not have to be an HHSA member to bid in the auction or use the services.

The auction goes for only six days, ending on August 31, 9pm AEST. Get your bids in early! If you have any questions please contact [email protected].

An excellent, really informative webinar about Hanoverian Stallions available in Australia. Well worth a listen and attending any future webinars.

Fun fact: David Shoobridge’s Delorean has a number of licensed sons and GP offspring including Delaurentis FRH ,who is out of a Stedinger mare. So if you are lucky enough to have a Stedinger mare at home Delorean could be an excellent cross!

Another fun year at DJWTS 2026. Not our year in the scores or placings but we are really proud of the 3 homebred horses we took, and the way they dealt with a big atmosphere and big event.

We had a great time spent with great people. Our little rose garden oasis over at the back portables was a beautiful spot to be, full of really lovely, friendly, supportive people. It was super to catch up with old friends and meet some new ones as well.

Huge thanks to Kristin Brennan for stepping in last minute to ride Marconi and Santa-Rita in the 5 year and 6 year old classes. Always lovely to have help from Jess, Mandy and Karen and thanks to Lucy Thorman for all your help with Safira leading up to and at the event.

Thanks to PSI Dressage & Jumping with the Stars for a brilliantly run event, 4CYTE for sponsoring the 4 YO dressage Horse, Mulawa Performance for sponsoring the 5 YO Dressage Horse and Leader Equine for sponsoring the 6YO Dressage Horse.

See you all next year!

What a week. We always love Hanoverian Horse Society of Australia Assessment Tour time but this year was extra special because we took 2 of our mares, Springside Santa-Rita (Sir Donnerhall (IFS) x Londongirl (IMP) (Londonderry x Santini) and Springside Safira (Stedinger (IMP) x Estrada (IMP) (Zack x De Niro) to their and and our first ever Hanoverian Mare Performance Test. We had a great day, learnt lots, thoroughly enjoyed being surrounded by lovely horses and people, and came home with amazing outcomes, great scores and fantastic feedback.

Huge thanks to everyone who helped us out, Kristin Brennan for riding Springside Santa-Rita, especially last minute, Jessica Sharp, Mandy and Lynne for their help on the day, Andy for riding Springside Safira, the HHSA crew for a wonderfully run day, Cathy at Quiet Oak Performance Horses for a great venue, Katie Holder-Vale and Kaitlin Colless for assessing, and Lucy Thorman for test riding. It was great to see our horses ridden in this environment by someone else. We can’t wait for our next batch of mares to be ready for the next Mare Performance Test.

Huge thanks also to Britt Collins for taking photographs on the day B-Rowel Photography
