This massive Murray Cod was found in Perth lakes during electrofishing—and it’s a serious problem.

Murray Cod are NOT native to WA. When they’re released into our waterways, they:
❌ Eat native fish
❌ Disrupt fragile ecosystems
❌ Outcompete local species

If you keep or catch fish like this:
• NEVER release non-native species
• Report sightings to local authorities
• Be part of protecting our waterways
