Monkey The Miracle Kitten

It is with extreme sadness that I let all of Monkey’s followers know that today she left this world and entered the Rainbow Bridge.💔🌈🌈
Our Monkey made it to 9yrs and 2mths of age, a real fighter against all odds.
Last night she was unwell and refused to eat so today we went to the vets to find she had a further bowel impaction and a urinary infection along with fusion of her organs, potentially due to the ever increasing scoliosis of her spine. Her little body could fight no more, so with love and my promise to her that she would never need to suffer again, she went to sleep in my arms.
Thank you to everyone here who has followed her story from the beginning.
I am heart broken and after 9 years in my care, my home feels empty without her here.

I envision her running free on all 4 legs/paws, happy and healthy.

Run free my beautiful girl, knowing how much you were loved. 💔❤️❤️🌈

**UPDATE - Monkey saw her GP Vet yesterday. Her colon is now empty and she will continue on a laxative as needed. She is now on the correct antibiotic for her UTI (culture sensitivity came back) and is now eating and mixing with her ‘siblings’. She is definitely over the worst and improving each day. Thanks everyone for your wishes ♥️**

Our little girl is not well😢 She is currently in PVE (Emergency Vet Hospital) receiving the best of care. Please keep her in your thoughts❤️

Good morning everyone🐒
Today is my 8th birthday!!! Mum gave me cuddles and took some pics and told me she hadn’t posted on my page ‘forever’!! But she would today because it is my special day♥️

Hi everyone!!!!! It’s been such a long time since we posted and we are sorry about that - BUT I AM FINE ♥️
Mum is posting a couple of days early (because she has to work on my birthday) to let you know that I am 7yrs old!! I have been happy and healthy and Mum can’t believe it’s seven years.
Today I’ve had a bath and am going to see my most favourite vet, just for a check up and to get some more meds.

Hoping everyone is happy and healthy and having an awesome 2023. Life is what you make it and we choose to be grateful♥️♥️♥️

Hi everyone!!!! Today is my 6th birthday!! I am so happy to have reached the age of 6years. I am a big girl now and can do ‘selfies’ so Mum gave me the camera and I needed to give myself a birthday kiss 😂
I know it’s been a long time since we have posted anything but I am happy & healthy and Mum says “no news is good news “ 😂

Hi everyone, just checking in to say all is well with me. I’ve been helping ‘Mum’ with our little special kitty Elm. Teaching him that it is a good place to be and everyone is friendly. Mum apologises for the terrible pics 🙊

Today is my 5th Birthday! Happy Birthday to me 😄

I have been very well and got a ‘clean bill of health’ from my vet two weeks ago, so that’s been fabulous.

Life is as usual busy but I am fine and so happy I am 5. Love to everyone 💕🎉🎉🎂🎂

The annual HAART Quiz Night is ON!!! It will be smaller, due to Covid-19 restrictions but hopefully as much fun as usual.

IT’S ON!!

Covid restrictions means it will be a smaller event than we are used to but we’re hoping our amazing supporters will still get behind it and help us raise as much as possible for the HAART animals! We rely on events like these to be able to provide the best for the animals we save....
