It’s been a big few weeks over here!

We celebrated Sparrow’s 2nd birthday with an unhinged run-around at Darling Range Exclusive Dog Park with her besties from Pretty Paws Pet Services & Training . She also scored a Prime 100 meat roll “cake” with cream cheese & yoghurt frosting… and topped the day off with a porterhouse steak for dinner 🥩

Our social walks and classes have been a hit (and the highlight of our weeks!), we attended the Raven K9 workshop and learned heaps, and Sparrow FINALLY had her first go at dock diving at Leaps & Laps — videos coming soon 👀

So yes… things have been a little crazy — and they’ll stay that way for a few more weeks while we work on something new!

Social Walks & Classes have kicked off for our first term! 🐾

All of our dogs (and handlers) are doing great, despite environmental challenges. We are so excited to see how far this group goes! 💛

Did your puppy suddenly stop listening… or is it just ours? 😅
One minute they’re sweet, the next they’ve got selective hearing, BIG feelings, and zero chill.

If your pup is 4–12 months, this stage is normal — and it’s exactly what our Senior Puppy Class is for.

Perfect if your dog:
✔️ Pulls on lead
✔️ Gets distracted by everything
✔️ Jumps, ignores cues, or forgets their manners
✔️ Was “good” as a baby but is now a teenager

We focus on the stuff that actually matters in real life:
- Calm behaviour around people & dogs
- Better focus on walks
- Confidence in new environments
- Helping you and your dog work together again

You don’t need a “perfect” dog — just the right support at the right time.

Max! 🐾

This dude is so fun to work with, there isn't a single bad bone in his little body.

I was called in for the classic teenager behaviour; leash manners, excitement based reactivity, polishing his recall and proofing it around dogs.

He has made heaps of progres, even with just one session per fortnight! Max is proof you don't need to break the bank to have a well trained dog, as long as you're putting in the work!

🖤 Nero 🖤

Not to play favourites… but he is my favourite little guy 🫶

At Nero’s very first session, he was absolutely terrified of me. We spent the entire 45 minutes sitting on his front lawn, my back turned, gently tossing treats his way. He’s such a sensitive soul that any sudden movement would spook him and send him running—so from day one, we knew slow and steady was the only way.

Once he realised I was actually the fun lady who brings snacks, the switch flipped and he became my number one fan 🥹 Since then, it’s been win after win.

Our goals were reducing dog reactivity, walking nicely on lead with his brother, and improving house manners—and honestly, we’ve been smashing it out of the park.

Dogs he once tried to launch himself at? Now he has polite interactions and creates space when he’s uncomfortable. The screaming and scratching at the front door when I arrive? Gone. He now waits calmly inside while I come in like a gentleman.

To say I’m proud of this man is a massive understatement 🥰🖤
